How to Get Here

We are approximately 130km north of Adelaide, a nice 1.5 - 2 hour drive. There are two main ways to get to Clare, so just follow our directions for route A or B and you'll be here in no time!

Route A - via Tarlee

• Head north out of Adelaide along Main North Road.
• At the Gepps Cross intersection stay in the left lanes and travel straight ahead on the Port Wakefield Road.
• Travel 12 kms on Port Wakefield Road, then veer left onto the Northern Expressway to Gawler.
• Travel 22 kms, follow the signs and veer left to Clare via Tarlee.
• This will take you, via Tarlee and Auburn, to Clare.
• We are 2km south of Clare so if you reach the Clare Town Centre, you have gone too far!
• As you near Clare, look for the Visitor Information Centre on the left. Travel 2.4km, and turn right down Stanley Street.
• Then just follow the street map at the bottom of the page to find your cottage.

Route B - via Balaklava

• Head north out of Adelaide along Main North Road
• At the Gepps Cross intersection, continue straight and take Port Wakefield Road
• At Two Wells take the turn-off to Mallala
• From Mallala follow the signs to Balaklava, then Auburn
• At Aurburn you'll rejoin Main North Road which will bring you in to Clare
• We are 2km south of Clare so if you reach the Clare Town Centre, you have gone too far!
• As you near Clare, look for the Visitor Information Centre on the left. Travel 2.4km, and turn right down Stanley Street.
• Then just follow the street map at the bottom of the page to find your cottage.
